Overview

Raether Forge LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using Command ReForged ("the Service").

Our Approach to Copyrighted Materials

Command ReForged does not distribute, reproduce, or make available for download any copyrighted textbooks or published materials. Our platform generates original study questions that reference published sources by title, chapter, and citation. Users who wish to read or listen to textbook content through The Library must verify ownership of each book before access is granted.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on the Service.
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

How We Respond

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who provided the material, if applicable.
  • In appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent with the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
