You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may sign in using Google, Apple, or email/password authentication. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
Command Reforged is an adaptive learning platform designed for professional certification exam preparation. The Service currently focuses on fire service certifications and will expand to additional professional fields including aviation, medical, legal, trades, and language certification.
The Service includes AI-powered study tools, adaptive question selection, coaching features, and progress tracking. Features may vary between web and mobile platforms.
Command Reforged is currently in beta. During the beta period, features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice. The Service is provided "as is" during beta and may contain bugs or incomplete features.
Beta access is provided at no cost. Pricing will be communicated before the beta period ends.
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or systematically download question content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to cheat on actual certification exams
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
- Redistribute, sell, or share Service content outside the platform
All content on Command Reforged — including questions, explanations, coaching responses, software, design, and branding — is owned by Raether Forge LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own study purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Service content.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
During the beta period, the Service is free. When paid subscriptions become available, payments will be processed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be clearly communicated before any charges apply.
You will not be charged without your explicit consent. No payment information is required during the beta period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raether Forge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or failure to pass a certification exam, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that using Command Reforged will result in passing any certification exam. The Service is a study tool — exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.
Command Reforged provides study materials from two categories of sources:
Department Materials (Standard Operating Procedures, protocols, collective bargaining agreements, policies, and administrative orders) are provided by or distributed through your fire department and are not copyrighted commercial publications. These materials are available to all subscribers as part of the Service.
Copyrighted Textbooks (including but not limited to commercially published fire service textbooks required for promotional exams) are the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. Raether Forge LLC does not own, distribute, or reproduce these works. Audio study aids generated from copyrighted textbooks are created only for users who have verified ownership of the original work. We do not store, distribute, or provide access to the original copyrighted text to any user who has not demonstrated proof of ownership.
Questions, explanations, and study content derived from copyrighted materials are transformative in nature — they test knowledge of concepts rather than reproducing the source text. Original question content, AI-generated explanations, and coaching responses are owned by Raether Forge LLC.
Premium subscribers may access AI-generated audio study aids for copyrighted textbooks only after providing proof of ownership of the original work. Acceptable forms of proof include:
- Purchase receipt or order confirmation (Amazon, publisher, bookstore)
- Photo of the physical book showing your name or the cover
- Digital purchase confirmation or e-book license
- Department-issued copy documentation
Verification and audio generation is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Audio access is tied to your individual account and is non-transferable. Raether Forge LLC reserves the right to revoke audio access if ownership cannot be verified or if proof is found to be fraudulent.
By submitting proof of ownership, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the copyrighted work and that you are requesting audio generation solely for your personal study purposes.
Audio content provided through the Service is generated using artificial intelligence text-to-speech technology. This audio is intended as a personal study aid to supplement — not replace — reading the original source material.
AI-generated audio may contain inaccuracies, mispronunciations, or errors. Always refer to the original text for authoritative information, especially for exam preparation. Raether Forge LLC is not responsible for errors in AI-generated audio content.
Audio content is for your personal use only. You may not record, download, redistribute, share, broadcast, or make available any audio content generated through the Service. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of your account.
The Service may contain links to third-party retailers (such as Amazon.com) for the purchase of textbooks and study materials required for your exam. Some of these links are affiliate links, meaning Raether Forge LLC may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate relationships do not influence our content recommendations, question generation, or study material selection. Study materials are determined solely by your department's exam requirements and official reading lists as specified in the promotional exam memo.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
